THE VICARIATE OF THE ORIENT
The Augustinian Vicariate of the Orient is a circumscription of the Augustinian province of the Most Holy Name of Jesus in the Philippines. It embodies the missionary ideals of the Province in this part of the world and has accepted the challenge to restore the Order in India, to re-connect with our mission in China and to open new missionary fields in Asia while helping the Province in its international commitments. The seat and center of the Province of the Philippines is in Madrid but its mission covers at present various apostolate areas in eleven different countries in the Americas, in Europe, in Africa and in Asia.

SAN AGUSTIN CHURCH
Intramuros, Manila
San Agustin Church originally known as "Iglesia de San Pablo", founded in 1571 is the oldest stone church (built in 1589) in the Philippines. It is a administered by the Order of Saint Augustine (Augustinian Friars). Since the time of its foundation, the devotion to Nuestra Senora dela Consolacion y Correa is celebrated every Saturday.In this Church - tomb of "El Adelentado Miguel Lopez de Legaspi" Founder of the City of Manila is located in the easternmost chapel of the transept. Terms for the American occupation of Manila was signed in the sacristy and First Plenary Council of the Philippines in 1953 was held in the Choir loft. The current parish priest of San Agustin Church is Rev. Fr. Arnold C. Sta. Maria, OSA.

SAN AGUSTIN MUSEUM AND CULTURAL CENTER
Intramuros, Manila
San Agustin Museum is located beside San Agustin Church in Intramuros, beneath the Convento San Agustin Intramuros. The museum houses many paintings, sculptures, old bells and old Augustinian books from the Spanish era. Different 'retablos' are also scattered in its two floors since it was part of the original convent during the 1600s and 1700s. The museum also allows tourists to see Fr. Manuel Blanco's Garden. Its current director of San Agustin Museum is Rev. Fr. Ricky Villar, OSA.

SEMINARIO SAN AGUSTIN INTRAMUROS

Seminario San Agustin Intramuros is the Augustinian Vicariate of the Orient's seminary located inside the San Agustin Complex in Intramuros, Manila. It is divided into two houses: the Postulancy and Pre-Novitiate House, where Postulants and Pre-Novices stay, and the Professorium and Novitiate House, where the Professed brothers and Novices live. These are the Vicariate's formation houses for the people who wish to be an Augustinian priest or brother.
As of this year, there are 21 seminarians living in the Postulancy and Pre-Novitiate House, and 14 in the Professorium. The local prior of Seminario San Agustin Intramuros is Rev. Fr. Peter Casiño, OSA, which also happens to be the Regional Superior of the Augustinian Vicariate of the Orient.

COLEGIO SAN AGUSTIN MAKATI
Dasmariñas Village, Makati City
Colegio San Agustin, located in Dasmariñas Village, Makati City, is a basic education school run by the Order of St. Augustine - Vicariate of the Orient, under the Province of the Most Holy Name of Jesus in the Philippines, a religious institute which traces its origins back to its illustrious founder, St. Augustine. CSA Makati is the most prominent of the 3 schools bearing the same name (the other 2 are in Biñan and Bacolod administered by OSA-Cebu Province). It is a premiere school providing basic quality education to children of all classes of the society. There are six Augustinian priests and nearly four hundred employees in CSA. Classes from nursery to preparatory, grades one to seven, first to fourth year high school, serve a clientele of more than 6,100 students, 11% of which are Foreign students from various countries around the world. The current Rector of CSA Makati is Rev. Fr. Horacio Rodriguez, OSA while the Local Prior of the Augustinian community at CSA is Rev. Fr. Reynante Balilio, OSA.
