ABOUT SEMINARIO SAN AGUSTIN INTRAMUROS
Seminario San Agustin Intramuros is the Augustinian Vicariate of the Orient's seminary located inside the San Agustin Complex in Intramuros, Manila. It is divided into two houses: the Postulancy and Pre-Novitiate House, where Postulants and Pre-Novices stay, and the Professorium and Novitiate House, where the Professed brothers and Novices live. The seminarians are sent to different schools to complete their philosophical and theological studies like the St. Thomas of Villanova Institute in Diliman, Quezon City, the philosophy school of the Augustinian Province of Sto. Niño de Cebu - Philippines, the University of Santo Tomas in España, Manila, which is administered by the Order of Preachers, and the St. Vincent School of Theology in Tandang Sora, Quezon City, which is administered by the Congregation of the Mission (Vincentian Fathers) and the Loyola School of Theology, which is administered by the Society of Jesus (Jesuit Fathers).
As of this year, there are 21 seminarians living in the Postulancy and Pre-Novitiate House, and 14 in the Professorium.
